How do I know the status of my order?

Karma Closet will email a confirmation of your order when it is placed and another confirmation when it is shipped, including the tracking number (for local Singapore addresses only). Please email customerservice@karmacloset.com if you do not receive shipping confirmation within 2 working days of payment made.

 

What methods of payment is accepted?

For local Singapore – credit card, ATM or internet banking transfers are accepted.

For overseas – credit card only.

 

What currency is used?

All pricing and billing is in Singapore dollars.

 

 

Shipping & Returns

What is the method of Shipment?

Shipment in Singapore will be via registered post only. A tracking number will be provided once item is sent.

Shipment to outside Singapore will be sent via standard airmail with Singapore Post.

 

Do you accept orders from International customers?

International orders for delivery outside Singapore is accepted. However payment will need to be made via credit card only, and overseas buyers are responsible for all customs duties, inspection and other taxes associated with the order.

 

When can I expect my Shipment to arrive?

Items will be shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment received. Buyers in Singapore can generally expect to receive their item after payment within 3 working days. Shipping leadtimes via standard airmail to outside Singapore is indicated below.

What is your Returns/ Exchange Policy?

Returns are accepted! You may initiate a return request within 7 days from the original purchase date for Singapore buyers and 20 days for overseas buyers. Merchandise must be unworn, and unwashed i.e in new condition with original tags and accompanied by the invoice.

Returns will not be accepted if the item has been worn, stained or is not in the condition in which it was received.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs of the return item. Karma Closet will not pay for shipping charges related to returns. It is highly recommended to ship returns via a traceable method. Karma Closet will not be held liable for any return shipments lost in transit.

Sizing & Care for your Apparel

Karma Closet is dedicated to offering good quality yoga clothing that will last. To ensure longevity of your yoga apparel, it is highly recommended you follow the washing instructions below:

• DARKER COLORS MAY BLEED. First time washing, soak in cold water with 1/2 cup white vinegar to set color and prevent bleeding
• Hand washing recommended in cold water
• Machine wash on delicate cycle
• No fabric softener
• Line dry (use of a Dryer is not recommended).

Bamboo/Spandex

Coolmax
     + superior moisture management properties, designed to draw moisture away from skin
     + structure creates 20% more surface area which contributes to faster dry
     + cool comfort through moisture management
Care instructions: machine wash in cold water, tumble dry low, do not bleach or use fabric softeners.

Cotton/Spandex
     + excellent breathability
     + 4 way stretch and conform to body when combined with spandex
     + provides comfort and easy of movement
Care instructions: machine wash in cold water, wash dark color and light color separate, tumble dry low, do not bleach or use fabric softeners,  low iron on reverse side.

Nearly all of the apparel offered by Karma Closet is made from high quality supplex or rayon/ lycra. Drying in a dryer at is generally not recommended as stretch material cannot withstand constant high temperatures used in a dryer.
